New patients are always welcome. Here's how a first appointment works, what to bring, and how we handle nerves, kids and coverage.

Your first appointment

  1. 1Call or send a requestCall (517) 394-2226 or use our appointment request form. We'll confirm a time that works around work and school.
  2. 2Arrive a few minutes earlyGive yourself about 10 minutes for new-patient paperwork. Bring a photo ID and your insurance card.
  3. 3Exam and conversationWe look at your teeth, gums and bite, take any needed x-rays, and talk through what we find in plain language.
  4. 4A plan you agree withYou leave knowing what needs attention now, what can wait, and what it's likely to cost with your coverage.

What to bring

Photo ID, insurance or Medicaid card, a list of medications, and any past x-rays if you have them.

Office hours

Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Payment

Most insurance plans, Medicaid and Medicare, all major credit cards, and CareCredit financing.

Nervous patients

Tell us at booking. We'll take extra time, explain each step, and stop whenever you need a break.

Bringing children

Kids are welcome and often love it here. Book family appointments together when you can.
