A neighborhood dental office, three decades in
Cedar Family Dental has been part of south Lansing for more than 30 years — long enough that patients who came in as children now bring their own kids through the same door.
How we practice
We're a general and family dental practice, which means one familiar office handles nearly everything: exams and cleanings, fillings and crowns, root canals, extractions, dentures and urgent toothaches — for children and adults alike.
Our approach is deliberately conservative. We tell you what we actually see, what needs attention now, what can wait, and what it will involve. Patients frequently tell us they never feel like "just another patient to get through" — that's the standard we hold.
Appointments run on time. Many reviews mention being seen within a few minutes of arriving and leaving with the work finished, which matters when you're squeezing a visit between a shift and a school pickup.
